SPECIAL FEATURES

Simple, light and fresh, a pizza with many ingredients including the Taggiasca olive.

Taggiasca olives are an exceptional type of olive, particularly widespread in the province of Imperia and more precisely in Taggia. According to tradition, the monks of San Colombano brought these olives to Taggia for the first time.

The main feature of Taggiasca olives is undoubtedly the high percentage of oil present inside, around 25-26% and for this very reason they are used for the production of fine oil.

On the palate it is sweet but at the same time decisive, almost with a slightly spicy aftertaste but with a flavor reminiscent of almonds and pine nuts.

Another ingredient is Norcineria high-quality cooked ham, prepared according to the most ancient Umbrian culinary traditions, simple and essential in the ingredients used that accompany the exhilarating flavor of baking.

We still find a typically Campanian ingredient, the Paestum PGI artichoke, tender, fleshy and with a pleasant flavor. Entirely handcrafted according to ancient artisanal techniques, it is the tenderest and most internal part of the prized Paestum PGI artichoke.

Finally, the addition of champignon mushrooms gives a delicate taste to the pizza: also known under the name of champignon, champignon mushrooms are the most widespread and used quality of mushrooms in the kitchen.

The colors and richness of this pizza make it disappear in a flash, devoured in large bites!
