FRIED ANGIOLETTI WITH NUTELLA
Angioletti con Nutella are a delicacy prepared with surplus pizza dough. They are very simple and tasty. Let's see how to prepare them.

Ingrediants
- strips of fried pizza (300 g)
- Nutella to taste
- icing sugar to taste
- chopped hazelnuts to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
To prepare the fried angels with Nutella, you must first prepare the pizza dough, which will then be cut and fried.
Transfer the leavened dough to the floured work surface and, gently, deflate it; roll it out using a rolling pin and, with a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips.
Pour plenty of oil into a pan and, a few at a time, fry the strips, making them brown all over and turning them often.
As soon as they are ready, take them out with a slotted spoon and transfer them to absorbent paper. Leave them to drain a little; sprinkle the fried strips with icing sugar and serve them immediately with Nutella and, if you want, with chopped hazelnuts or almonds.

Came here with 3 other friends. Had 5 pizzas and one eggplant parmigiana. There was not one piece of food left on our table. Staff was extremely friendly, fast service, and great mood inside. We felt welcomed despite not speaking any Italian, and had a great time. 5/5 highly recommend
