DE FALCO WINERY - FALANGHINA DEL BENEVENTANO IGT

We are dealing with a straw yellow colored wine with greenish reflections, which accompanies first courses, cold cuts and fresh cheeses. The freshness, fragrance and flavor are immediately perceived on the palate. Perfect, therefore, also for aperitifs.

Balanced and well structured, Falanghina derives from a prized white grape variety native to Benevento. The grapes are harvested in September and give rise to this wine with a more or less intense straw color with fruity and floral aromas. The flavor is dry, harmonious, fresh.

Processing

Harvested by hand in boxes and subjected to a soft pressing of whole bunches to obtain the must.

The vinification and aging on the fine lees takes place for 4 months and totally in steel vats.
