SAINT FRANCESCO
The San Francesco is a typical Neapolitan pizza seasoned in a very simple way, with tomato, garlic, oregano and oil.
This, together with the pizza Santa Margherita, is among the most popular and iconic Neapolitan pizzas.
It is a specialty that from southern Italy has crossed the whole of Italy to conquer the palates of those who love the important and evocative flavors of a preparation with firm roots in Neapolitan cuisine.

SPECIAL FEATURES
We celebrate the best tradition by offering you a pizza topped with oregano, fresh garlic, a little basil and fillets of ancient Naples tomatoes.
Regarding the ingredients we find the Corbarino tomato: the pear or bulb shape, the bright red color and an unmistakable flavor; the fruit is grown like the vine and is harvested several times, from July to September, only when perfectly ripe and only in the evening.
Corbarino is still cultivated in the traditional way. There are no greenhouses, there is no water and often there are no roads.
Everything has remained as it once was.

The garlic from Voghiera with a very gentle and delicate characteristic flavor, tending to sweet, gives our pizza a clear and authentic flavor and goes very well with the wild oregano from the hills of Vesuvius with a very intense aroma and aroma.
Tomato, oregano, garlic are the decisive elements and must be of absolute quality.
Few ingredients for a winning mix of flavors, all Mediterranean, simplicity and taste that today have also been awarded merits based on beneficial effects on health.
Extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively through mechanical procedures, which allow to maintain all the properties of the olive fruit.
Basil
Originally from India, basil is typically used in Italian and Asian cuisines due to the marked scent of its leaves, which depending on the variety can be more or less sweet or pungent.
Corbarino tomato
The Corbarino tomato has an “elongated pear” shape and a marked sweet and sour flavor. The area of origin is that of the Lattari Mountains (Amalfi Coast, Sorrento Peninsula, Sarno Valley).

Well-kept environment, excellent service and the Pizzas what wonders.
After reading the reviews and hearing the opinions of my friends, I decided to try this place that many told me about. I was already thinking of finding a welcoming and pleasant environment but, above all, a place where you could eat a good and real Neapolitan Pizza in Milan; well expectations definitely exceeded! Friendly staff, well-kept restaurant, excellent pizza! Highly recommended!

For all lovers of true Neapolitan pizza made by Marco, an authentic Neapolitan pizza maker, who, like an artist, doses all the ingredients and cooking times with wisdom and with love for tradition. A delight for the palate and the soul. Absolutely not to be missed.
Tasty Neapolitan pizza, Marco is a true professional and a welcoming and clean host, the most famous Margherita is digestible and tasty.
A pizza that really deserves it! Excellent dough and perfect combination of ingredients. Fried appetizers are delightful! Perhaps the only flaw is the slightly small and spartan restaurant, which however gives you the opportunity to observe the pizza chef at work!
Came here with 3 other friends. Had 5 pizzas and one eggplant parmigiana. There was not one piece of food left on our table. Staff was extremely friendly, fast service, and great mood inside. We felt welcomed despite not speaking any Italian, and had a great time. 5/5 highly recommend
