Preparation

To prepare the fried devils with rocket and cherry tomatoes, start with the pizza dough.

After it has rested, take it and deflate it with your fingertips on a lightly floured pastry board. With a knife or cut into strips 1.5 cm wide and 6 cm long.

Then heat plenty of oil in a saucepan and dip a few pieces at a time. They will brown in minutes.

Drain and place on absorbent paper. While the fried devils are cooling down, prepare the sauce: wash, dry and cut the Pachino tomatoes into 4 parts, collect them in a bowl and pour in the rocket. Season with oil, salt and oregano if you like. Plate the salad and the pieces of pasta and put a few flakes of Grana Padano Dop on the surface. Serve as an appetizer.
