A winning combination played between a delicate flavor, that of courgette flowers and the tastiest one of anchovies, which results in a riot of colors.
The courgette flowers lend themselves to the most appetizing and captivating fillings and for our pizza they are first fried, the mousse will complete the whole making the pizza more irresistible and delicious.
Buffalo ricotta is a fresh and light product, particularly appreciated for its delicate flavor and its versatility of use in the kitchen.
PDO Grana Padano sprinkles
Grana Padano cheese is a dairy product obtained from the acid or rennet coagulation of whole milk, partially or totally skimmed by coagulation of caseins, also making use of enzymes and table salt.

A pizza that really deserves it! Excellent dough and perfect combination of ingredients. Fried appetizers are delightful! Perhaps the only flaw is the slightly small and spartan restaurant, which however gives you the opportunity to observe the pizza chef at work!
Came here with 3 other friends. Had 5 pizzas and one eggplant parmigiana. There was not one piece of food left on our table. Staff was extremely friendly, fast service, and great mood inside. We felt welcomed despite not speaking any Italian, and had a great time. 5/5 highly recommend
